Shipping policy

Delivery charge: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for orders with the following criterias:

> over HKD1,500 within Hong Kong Island. A delivery charge of $150 will apply for orders of less than this amount.

 

> over HKD1,800 within Kowloon area. A delivery charge of $150 will apply for orders of less than this amount.

> over HKD2,500 with New Territories (no outlying islands except Discovery Bay). A delivery charge of $200 will apply for orders of less than this amount. 

Delivery only on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (no outlying islands except Discovery Bay). 

Delivery time: We deliver every afternoons (except Sundays), it usually takes two days to deliver the wines. You can ask for a specific delivery day when placing your order by adding a comment, we will try our best to match your expectation and will let you know if the delivery is possible or not. We can't guarantee the exact time of delivery (depends a lot on traffic), we'll try our best to meet the slot.

Public Holidays & Weather: We do not offer delivery on public holidays, when Typhoon Signal #8 or the Black Rain signal is hoisted.

Delivery Address: we only do single address delivery. If you wish us to deliver to several addresses, please place one order for each location. If you have any special requirement for delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order. Deliveries are also restricted to addresses within 30 meters of a legal parking space. If our driver is unable to legally park, please meet our staff at the closest legal unloading area.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, WE DO NOT SHIP ABROAD
However you are welcome to buy and pick up at the shop in HK. If you wish to do so, please change the location and use our shop address: 97 Hollywood Road then select pick up at the store. Thank you for your patience with the extra steps. Chat with us if you need help!
