Among the Sancerre appellation, Sébastien Riffault is the only one who could hold the title of “100% natural winemaker”. His whole approach is thought of according to organic farming principles - from the vines to the tanks, resulting in wines that are so expressive that you can really taste the land on which the fruits were grown. As a reward for his hard work and passion, Sébastien’s wines now stand as the truest expression of the Sancerre appellation.
