BERA VITTORIO E FIGLI

ALESSANDRA AND GIANLUIGI BERA

Piedmont, Italy

Bera Vittorio e Figli consists of Alessandra and her brother Gianluigi. Located in Canelli in northern Italy, the Estate’s history reaches back to 1785. In 1964 Vittorio, their father, decided to bottle his own Moscato d'Asti, a first in their village for a family run estate. It was also when the estate converted to organic practices. Today, the 10-hectare vineyard is certified organic and uses practices found in biodynamic agriculture like sovescio “green manure”.
